Nature of the Website

This is a private reference that directs visitors to Warren County and North Carolina inmate, jail, release, court, and supervision resources, along with outside research tools. It stores no official records. It cannot confirm custody, order a release, file documents, or act for a government office.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful and must not harm people, the site, or its services.

• Do not break a law or another person's legal rights.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, deceive, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, code, or data.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
• Do not overload, disable, or disrupt access for other visitors.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It offers no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to rely on its content for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Tenant selection, housing qualification, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums
• Licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other decision governed by the FCRA

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and correctional sites, courts, government portals, legal resources, and third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. Warren County Released Inmates does not control the destination's content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, prices, or uptime. Review the destination's rules before using it.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, free of defects, or matched by a partner's search. Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Warren County Sheriff, NCDAC, a court, or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent North Carolina and other applicable law allow, the site, its owners, operators, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.

User Indemnity

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, costs, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, misuse of information, violation of law, or breach of these terms.

They may not be copied, republished, distributed, sold, or modified without prior written permission. Government records and linked materials remain subject to their own ownership and use rules.

These terms may change at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after posting means acceptance of the updated conditions.

Ending or Limiting Access

Access may be suspended, restricted, or revoked at any time, with or without notice, including when use threatens the site, another person, or these terms.

North Carolina Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in North Carolina.

Severability

If a court finds one term invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
